Edit Text

Modify existing text and add new text boxes to your PDFs.

Editing Existing Text

  1. Open your document in the editor
  2. Select the Text tool (T)
  3. Click on existing text to select it
  4. Edit the text directly
  5. Changes save automatically

Text Properties

When text is selected, you can modify:

  • Font - Change the typeface
  • Size - Adjust font size
  • Color - Change text color
  • Style - Bold, italic, underline
  • Alignment - Left, center, right, justify

Adding New Text

  1. Select the Text tool (T)
  2. Click where you want to add text
  3. Type your content
  4. Click outside to finish

Text Box Options

  • Background - Add a background color
  • Border - Add a border around the text
  • Padding - Adjust spacing inside the text box
  • Opacity - Make text semi-transparent

Formatting

Rich Text

Format your text using the toolbar:

  • Bold: Ctrl/Cmd + B
  • Italic: Ctrl/Cmd + I
  • Underline: Ctrl/Cmd + U

Font Selection

Choose from available fonts:

  • Helvetica
  • Times New Roman
  • Courier
  • Arial
  • Georgia

Color Picker

Select text colors:

  1. Select text
  2. Click the color picker
  3. Choose from presets or enter a hex code

Text changes are preserved in the PDF. Use Ctrl/Cmd + Z to undo changes at any time.

Tips

  • Double-click text to enter edit mode
  • Press Escape to exit edit mode
  • Use Ctrl/Cmd + Z to undo changes
  • Text changes are preserved in the PDF
