Links
Add hyperlinks to external URLs or create internal navigation links within your PDF.
Creating Links
URL Links
Link to external websites:
- Select the Link tool (L)
- Draw a rectangle over the text or area
- Select URL
- Enter the web address
- Click Create
Page Links
Link to another page in the document:
- Select the Link tool (L)
- Draw a rectangle over the text or area
- Select Page
- Enter the target page number
- Click Create
Email Links
Create mailto links:
- Select the Link tool (L)
- Draw a rectangle over the text or area
- Select Email
- Enter the email address
- Click Create
Link Appearance
Visible Links
Show a visible border around the link:
- Select the link
- Open properties
- Set Border Style: Solid, Dashed, or Underline
- Choose Border Color
- Set Border Width
Invisible Links
Make links invisible (no border):
- Select the link
- Open properties
- Set Border Style: None
Link Actions
Configure what happens when the link is clicked:
- Open in New Window: Opens URL in a new tab
- Zoom Level: Set zoom when navigating to page
- Highlight: Visual feedback when clicked
Managing Links
View All Links
- Open the Links panel
- See a list of all links in the document
Edit a Link
- Select the link on the page
- Or click it in the Links panel
- Modify the target or appearance
- Click Save
Delete a Link
- Select the link
- Press Delete or right-click → Delete

- Test links before sharing the document
