Your First Document

Learn how to upload and work with your first PDF in Penvio.

Prerequisites

Sign In

  1. Go to penvio.io 
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. You’ll see your dashboard

Upload a Document

  1. Click the Upload button (or drag a file)
  2. Select a PDF from your computer
  3. Wait for upload to complete
  4. Your document appears in the list

Open the Editor

  1. Click on your document to open it
  2. The PDF editor loads
  3. You can now view and navigate the document

Explore navigation options:

  • Scroll: Move through pages
  • Zoom: Use +/- buttons or pinch
  • Page thumbnails: Click sidebar icon
  • Jump to page: Enter page number

Make a Simple Edit

Let’s add a text annotation:

  1. Click the Text tool (T) in the toolbar
  2. Click where you want to add text
  3. Type a note or comment
  4. Click outside to finish

Save Your Work

Changes save automatically, but you can also:

  1. Click FileSave
  2. Or use Ctrl/Cmd + S

Download

To get your edited PDF:

  1. Click Download
  2. Choose PDF
  3. Save to your computer
