Your First Document
Learn how to upload and work with your first PDF in Penvio.
Prerequisites
- A Penvio account (sign up free )
- A PDF file to upload
Sign In
- Go to penvio.io
- Click Sign In
- Enter your email and password
- You’ll see your dashboard
Upload a Document
- Click the Upload button (or drag a file)
- Select a PDF from your computer
- Wait for upload to complete
- Your document appears in the list
Open the Editor
- Click on your document to open it
- The PDF editor loads
- You can now view and navigate the document
Navigate the Document
Explore navigation options:
- Scroll: Move through pages
- Zoom: Use +/- buttons or pinch
- Page thumbnails: Click sidebar icon
- Jump to page: Enter page number
Make a Simple Edit
Let’s add a text annotation:
- Click the Text tool (T) in the toolbar
- Click where you want to add text
- Type a note or comment
- Click outside to finish
Save Your Work
Changes save automatically, but you can also:
- Click File → Save
- Or use Ctrl/Cmd + S
Download
To get your edited PDF:
- Click Download
- Choose PDF
- Save to your computer
