Members

Invite and manage members in your organization.

Viewing Members

Go to OrganizationMembers to see all members:

  • Name and email
  • Role
  • Status (active, pending, suspended)
  • Join date
  • Last active

Inviting Members

Send Invitation

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role
  4. Click Send Invitation

Bulk Invite

Invite multiple members:

  1. Click Invite MemberBulk Invite
  2. Enter emails (one per line)
  3. Select default role
  4. Click Send All

Invitation Status

  • Pending: Invitation sent, not accepted
  • Accepted: Member has joined
  • Expired: Invitation expired (resend if needed)

Managing Members

Change Role

  1. Find the member
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select new role
  4. Confirm change

Suspend Member

Temporarily disable access:

  1. Find the member
  2. Click menu
  3. Select Suspend
  4. Member can’t access until reinstated

Remove Member

Permanently remove from organization:

  1. Find the member
  2. Click menu
  3. Select Remove
  4. Confirm removal

Removed members lose access immediately. Their documents remain but ownership may need reassignment.

Role Permissions

Owner

  • All admin permissions
  • Manage billing
  • Delete organization
  • Transfer ownership

Admin

  • Invite/remove members
  • Manage teams
  • View audit logs
  • Configure settings

Member

  • Create documents
  • Share within organization
  • Join teams
  • Standard features

Viewer

  • View shared documents
  • Add comments (if allowed)
  • No editing capabilities

Find members quickly:

  • Search by name or email
  • Filter by role
  • Filter by status
  • Sort by any column

Export Members

Export member list:

  1. Click Export
  2. Choose format (CSV, Excel)
  3. Download file

Includes:

  • Name and email
  • Role
  • Status
  • Join date
