Billing

Manage your subscription and payment methods.

Payment Methods

Penvio accepts:

  • Credit/debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Bank transfers - Enterprise only

Managing Your Subscription

View Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View your current plan and usage

Upgrade Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Enter payment details (if needed)
  5. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.

Downgrade Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of the billing period, then revert to the Free plan. Any data exceeding Free tier limits will become inaccessible.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

Invoices

  • Invoices are generated automatically each billing period
  • Download invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoices
  • Invoices are sent to your billing email

Usage Alerts

Set up alerts when you approach your plan limits:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Alerts
  2. Configure alert thresholds
  3. Choose notification method (email, in-app)
