View all envelopes at E-Sign → Envelopes:

Status Overview

At the top, see counts by status:

• Action Required: Needs your attention
• Waiting for Others: Waiting for signers
• Completed: All signed
• Expiring Soon: Near deadline

Envelope List

For each envelope:

• Name and date sent
• Current status
• Progress indicator
• Expiration date

Envelope Details

Click an envelope to see details:

Timeline

View activity history:

• Created timestamp
• Sent timestamp
• Each signer’s activity
• Completion timestamp

Signer Status

See each signer’s progress:

Activity Log

Detailed activity for compliance:

• Email sent timestamps
• Link clicked timestamps
• Fields completed

Filtering

Find specific envelopes:

By Status

• All
• Action Required

Search by:

• Envelope name
• Signer name
• Signer email

Notifications

Email Notifications

Receive emails when:

• Signer views envelope
• Signer completes signing
• All signers complete
• Signer declines
• Envelope expires

Configure Notifications

1. Go to Settings → Notifications
2. Enable/disable notification types
3. Set email preferences

Bulk Actions

Manage multiple envelopes:

1. Select envelopes using checkboxes
2. Available actions:
   • Send reminders
   • Void selected
   • Download completed
   • Export data

Reports

Envelope Report

Export envelope data:

1. Click Export → Envelope Report
2. Select date range
3. Choose format (CSV, Excel)
4. Download report
