Merge PDFs

Combine multiple PDF files into a single document.

Goal

Take 2 or more PDFs and merge them into one file.

Steps

Open a PDF

Open one of the PDFs (or start with a blank document).

Start Merge

Click DocumentMerge.

Add Files

Click Add Files and select PDFs to merge. Drag to reorder files if needed.

Merge

Click Merge and save or download the combined PDF.

Alternative Method

Using the dashboard:

  1. Select multiple PDFs (Ctrl/Cmd + click)
  2. Right-click → Merge
  3. Reorder if needed
  4. Click Merge

Tips

  • The first document’s properties are used for the merged file
  • You can merge different page sizes
  • Preview pages before merging to verify order
  • Large merges may take longer to process
